Who we are

WebsiteMend provides website fixing services. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged by Circular Group, LLC (Delaware, USA), so the charge on your card statement may show “Circular Group”. Address: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Contact: [email protected].

1. Services and prices

We offer the services described on our website:

Site Audit — $49, one-time. Lighthouse plus a manual review of up to 5 pages and a prioritized fix list, delivered within 24 hours.
Fix in 48h — $199, one-time. Includes the audit, and we implement fixes on up to 10 pages (speed, technical SEO, broken links and forms, mobile layout, basic accessibility) and send a before/after report.
Care Plan — $99 per month. Monthly re-audit, uptime and speed monitoring, up to 1 hour of fixes per month, plugin/app update check and a monthly report. You can cancel anytime.

Prices are in US dollars. We do not do redesigns or new features.

2. Delivery time

The 48-hour delivery for Fix, and the 24-hour delivery for the Audit, start once we have received both your payment and the access we need to work on your site.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide the access we need (for example, a temporary collaborator user) and your site URL. You can revoke the access when we are done.
You confirm you own the website or are authorized to have changes made to it. You keep ownership of your site and its content.
Before changing anything we take a backup of your site. If something goes wrong, we roll back to the previous version.
Some platforms limit certain fixes. If something cannot be done, we will tell you before we start.

4. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund policy.

5. No guarantee of rankings

We measure performance with the same tools before and after our work. Results depend on your site and platform. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic or sales.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebsiteMend's total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business.

7. Care Plan cancellation

You can cancel the Care Plan at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future monthly charges.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
